Our 2025 Parish Renewal Program
This weekend we launch our special 2 weeks Parish Renewal Program. It’s a wonderful opportunity to reflect on what it means to be a member of our parish community. We have 2 special themes of Engagement and Commitment – and we ask you to be involved and reflect on these themes and your role in parish life. Our reflections will be guided by our Program Coordinator, Stephen Littleton from Parish First, and our special Program brochure which is available at all Masses and here on our parish website.
This week we celebrate our commitment to being a Mission driven parish – helping all celebrate God’s presence and expressing our faith through outreach, service, and justice. We all have a role to play – indeed a responsibility to use our gifts and talents for the benefits of others. So please be involved in one of our parish Groups or Ministries – either for the first time or in a continuing role – your involvement will be personally rewarding and a great contribution to our vibrant parish. Our Program Coordinator, Stephen Littleton will speak with us at each Mass – and remember to pick up your personal copy of the special Program brochure and accompanying Ministries form.
THOUGHTS FOR REFLECTION:
Q: Why is our parish community important to you?
“It is my spiritual home! We come together as one people, working together to build our community of faith through our prayer, our example and our actions. And remember – a shared faith is a growing faith!””
Q: Why is it important to be actively engaged in parish Ministries?
“It is so important for the mission of our parish! When we engage, our faith becomes stronger, we help others, and we keep our parish community strong and vibrant. Engagement is faith in action!”

POPE FRANCIS SAYS
“It is not enough to say we are Christians.
We must live the faith,
not only with our words, but with our actions”
