The Parish of St Thomas the Apostle would like to gather information regarding Sacraments for next year. If you would like to have your child celebrate a sacrament (First Reconciliation, First Holy Communion or Confirmation) please read on…Please complete the following form to indicate your intention to undertake a sacrament for next year. This will help the parish to understand how many candidates will be participating in programs. The information collected also provides a means of communication between parish and families for next year.
Please note, this does not ensure enrolment – this takes place next year when the program is opened. Sacrament Programs:
– Reconciliation (requirements: Baptised in the Catholic church. Normally offered to Grade 3)
– First Communion (requirements: Baptised & Reconciliation. Normally offered to Grade 4)
– Confirmation (requirements: Baptised, Reconciliation & First Holy Communion. Normally offered to Grade 6)
However, there may be families who are requesting catch-ups for a variety of reasons.
